General Interest


We will, at all times try and let the customer know when a delivery will be arriving, but to help our cause, the customer must leave as many details as they can and most importantly, a contact telephone number. When the goods are delivered a signature must always be given. If the goods purchased are signed by anyone other than the purchasing customer upon delivery, it is still under the responsibility of the purchasing customer. Any instructions i.e. Leave in a neighbours garden is done so at your own risk.

We will strive to deliver all of our goods within the agreed 14 days for larger items and 7 days for smaller items from when the sale is completed. Special orders can take up to 28 days but you will be notified of this upon ordering. We would always recommend that you do not book a plumber/joiner etc until your goods have arrived.

We must stress that it is the responsibility of the named customer to ensure that the goods are fully checked before any signature is given on the delivery note. We will not be held responsible for any damaged/missing items if we have a signed delivery note . Signing the delivery note prior to checking goods is strongly not advised. All missing items must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. If you stick to these guidelines any damaged or missing items will be replaced but as stressed in the previous paragraph, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you incur due to late delivery.

 If your order hasn't arrived during the stipulated time then you must notify us ASAP. If the courier has left you a card then it is the courier whom you must contact to arrange delivery, and not us. Some couriers will require you to confirm in advance of delivery whether there will be someone on the premises to collect and sign for the goods, of which they will specify. It is therefore the purchasing customers' responsibility to ensure all these guidelines can be met. It is also advisable that the person signing and receiving the goods is able bodied and will be able to lift and carry large bulky items if purchased. If your property is hard to access or is an address usually difficult to locate then you must inform us before the delivery is arranged. If an item is returned to ourselves from the courier due to neglect on your part, i.e. Nobody at the premises to sign, then you will be held fully responsible and will have to pay any additional delivery costs you may incur.

If you are wishing to collect the order directly from our warehouse in Port Glasgow then you must let us know when ordering. Please do not attempt to collect the goods without prior notice.

Delivery prices are only correct at the times of listing; these rates are subject to change without prior notice as courier rates can fluctuate.

Returns & Cancellations

Any purchases made on ebay are final as per eBay policy. Items may be returned for a period of seven working days after the date of receipt,(at your expense,and must be in orginal packaging and in a resellable condition)Any item may returned due to it being either faulty or damaged and will be replaced as long as the above guidelines are met (see paragraph 1 and 3). Before any items are sent back we will need prior notice in order for us to investigate. Once we are fully satisfied that the damage or fault is not that of your responsibility then we will notify you on how to return the product so it can be brought back to the warehouse for inspection and your replacement product can be dispatched.

Any cancellations will be subject to a 40% handling charge, which covers the cost the supplier will charge us to return goods. Any courier costs caused by a cancellation will also be passed on to the customer


All items come with a 12-month warranty,  The warranty only covers manufacturing defects but not general every day wear and tear, misuse or damage. If your item cannot be repaired or replaced then we will replace it with an item of the same or greater quality. We will not however give any refunds unless we cannot replace the product with an equal or greater quality item. To process your claim we will need a copy of your invoice, which acts as your proof of purchase, so it is therefore wise to store it in a safe place. You are responsible for any delivery costs you may incur.


Payment, Pricing & Product Descriptions

Whilst we try our utmost to make sure that all our items are priced up correctly, unfortunately mistakes can be made. In the event of a mistake you will be asked whether you want a full refund or whether you want to continue to purchase the product at the new cost. The same applies to description errors. Unfortunately design variations are not covered in this, as companies do update their products as they strive to improve them.

Great care is taken to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions. In the event of an error in the description of an item, we will give you the opportunity to cancel or continue with your order. Design variations may occur since manufacturers continually change and improve their products. Errors & Ommissions Excepted (E & O E).


Payment must be received withing 7 days of purchase unless you have warned us in advance of any problems. No items will be dispatched unless we have recieved the payment, and the payment has been fully cleared.


We have three options for contacting us. These are via e-mail, ebay messaging, or by telephone. We believe customer service is a vital part of running a successful ebay store and thrive to answer all questions and requests within 24 hours (Not including weekends and public holidays). After purchasing our products all of our contact information will be available to you.


We will always leave correct feedback for our customers once we have recieved feedback ourselves. We will do all feedback personally based on personal experiences. Our responses will not be an automated reply.

As we would like to keep our reputation as a reputable company, then we take negative feedback very seriously. Negative feedback can have a damaging impact on our business, and restrict future sales. If we deem either neutral or negative feedback unfair then we reserve the right to begin legal proceedings to claim back any loss of business. Please, before any neutral or negative feedback is left please contact us and we guaranteed that we will sort out any problem to the best of our ability.


Whilst we strive to ensure that all our stock is available at the time of purchase, sometimes suppliers can let us down. On occassions where the product will take longer than the stipulated timescale due to either lack of stock/damage/broken/incorrect stock, then we will let you know and you can decide whether you want to continue with your order or cancel with a full refund.
