If there is a problem with your order, before resorting to negative or neutral feedback, please allow us to investigate your claim and resolve the issue. Just drop us an email and we will do our best to take care of it.
We pride ourselves on making sure the customer is happy. Upon receiving your ring, check it out and if you have any issue, ensure that you email us. If you ring is the wrong size, we shall exchange it free of charge. (Subsequent changes will be chargeable) Our goal is to ensure that all our customers receive the best service throughout their shopping experience with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your wedding ring, we offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. (This does not apply to international orders). Ensure that you inform us first and return your ring within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned in an unscratched condition and in the original packaging.
Send you ring back special delivery! It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service.
We will 100% refund the amount you paid for the ring less the Special Delivery postage amount of £7.50
It is important that you check in the individual rings listing to make sure that your wedding ring is returnable. (Some of our handmade and diamond set rings are individually made-to-order and do not come under the 14 day returns policy).
We cannot accept returns on rings that have personalised engraving, sizing or anything you request that is bespoke
