ROYAL MAIL - STANDARD POST

Royal Mail is the UK’s most reliable and trusted delivery service for letters and parcels. All our post incorporates the new 2D barcode which allows us to gain confirmation of delivery. 

Please allow 2-5 working days for standard delivery.

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - PARCELS UNDER 2 KILOS THAT ARE VALUABLE 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 services allow you to track your parcel from dispatch through to delivery to your door. The service allows free deliveries up to three times.

We use Royal Mail Tracked for smaller and lighter parcels that we feel are valuable enough to be handled by a trackable carrier. Signatures are not always required however if the driver deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery with the driver directly. Three attempts will be made at delivery before the parcel is returned to the depot. The depot will email/call you to make a final attempt to re-arrange delivery on a day suitable for you. If they are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel with be returned to us.

IINTERLINK EXPRESS - NEXT DAY TIME SENSITIVE PARCELS & PARCELS OVER 2KG

Interlink Express is one of the UK's leading time critical services carriers. They have an extensive UK network which they integrate with their unrivalled ground based service to Europe.

We use Interlink Express for all our Next Day and Saturday delivery services, as well as all our European parcel deliveries. Larger and heavier parcels with also be sent on the Interlink Express service. Interlink Express will send you an email and a text message (if a mobile number is provided) on the morning of delivery giving you a one hour time slot to expect you parcel. They then send you a further message giving you a 15 minute window and a link to a map where you can literally 'Follow Your Driver/Parcel You can see exactly what drop number your driver is on in relation to where you are scheduled in. We require a signature upon delivery. The driver will make up to 3 attempts to delivery before the parcel is returned to depot and back to us.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders can be sent via a multitude of ways depending on weight of the parcel. We state 2 to 5 days delivery to cover all eventualities. We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you do not mind which day the goods turn up. Should you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please use the Next Day Express service.

Next Day Express

For our Next Day Express service, all orders must be placed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Please note that the delivery will be made on the next business working day only, this excludes Bank Holidays. Please see above for the current prices. This service is tracked. Next Day Express is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales.

Saturday / Sunday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available from 3:45pm on Thursdays until 3:45pm on Fridays. Orders will be dispatched Friday evening for delivery the following day (Saturday/ Sunday). Customers will need to contact us first to ensure this is possible as we need to call Interlink Express ourselves to make sure we can book a collection in from our warehouse All parcels dispatched on this service are sent with Interlink Express. Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Saturday / Sunday delivery is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales.

DPD: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm. These times apply for both standard and next day services.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / ISLANDS / NORTHERN IRELAND

For deliveries to Scottish Highland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles the following services are used:

  • Royal Mail Tracked
  • Royal Mail Standard
  • Interlink Express

Please ensure to choose the correct delivery zone when entering addresses on our website. Choosing the incorrect option can delay deliveries as parcels are dispatched to the incorrect distribution centre. The following postcodes fall within the Scottish Highlands and Islands area. If you have one of these postcodes please ensure to select the correct delivery zone.

These postcodes are provided to us by our couriers as a service other than standard delivery is required for parcels to these postcodes to reach their destination.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS

All international deliveries are dispatched with Interlink Express (with the exception of large pallet orders). The timescales of these are country dependant and can be viewed above in the delivery zones and timescales section. Parcels may be passed to Non Interlink Express couriers once in the destination country but these companies all fall under the same parent company and can still be tracked through Interlink Express. International pallet orders are dispatched with Pallex. Delivery times and costs will be advised before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Please note: You can only track your parcel once it has been dispatched. Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone.

Enter the tracking number associated to your order. If you do not have this you can obtain it from the My Account section once logged into our website.

Should you require further information than seen on the websites above, then please contact us. We may have to contact Royal Mail/Interlink Express directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.

We do disptach to BFPO addresses.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Do you offer same day delivery?
We are unable to offer a same day delivery service so please contact us for a competitive quote.

Do you offer Saturday / Sunday delivery?
We do have a Saturday service available to mainland customers from England and Wales. Orders for this service can be placed on any day of the week but the final cut off time is on Friday at 15:45 GMT. Please contact us to make sure we can book it in.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?
Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.

Can you ship elsewhere other than listed on your delivery page?
We can only deliver to the countries listed on our delivery section. We cannot ship elsewhere, as countries not listed are not on our accounts with Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where the leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.

How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order. If you do not get your order you can login to your account to track this.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.
