I Ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper previously no issue. I Ordered again and the batch for 2 rolls was M and 3rd roll was a totally different batch code same style but different shade so couldn’t be used as does not matchup. I Requested to send back/for M batch or refund. Seller was not very helpful just stating “I could send back” nothing else yet the error came from their end? No apologies, not very informative. Such a shame as need 32 rolls of it in grey and having to use another seller

I ordered this with the description saying there was enough rolls to complete my purchase. It took 5 days to arrive. On opening the box it was the wrong paper. I phoned up the company and was told they would phone me back, but they never did. I contacted them to arrange return and shipment of correct paper which I was then told it was discontinued. Not only did they ship the wrong paper but they didn't have the correct paper in stock. Courier didn't turn up and I waited 5 days for a refund.
