i bought 2x6 packs of jug filter cartridges. When I've bought packs of 6 previously they have arrived individually wrapped packed into a box. These were individually wrapped and individually boxed so 12 boxes each containing 1 filter. I felt this was a tad excessive in terms of packing. However items arrived quickly and were as described. I have yet to use one so can't comment on how well they do the job
