The item was tracked by the seller but never arrived. On tracking the parcel, it just showed that it had been lost in transit. The seller was informed about the non arrival and after checking, they immediately issued me a refund, as they could see that it was lost and had not reached its destination. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again.

Please don't buy from this company! They sent the wrong colour curtains and then denied sending the wrong colour. I ordered charcoal (dark grey) and they sent very pale silver . They now won't reply as I've asked them if they are going to pay the £11:40 for the courier they recommend. I don't see why I should be out of pocket because they sent the wrong colour.

Wrong item received i contacted seller who tried to offer me keep the curtains and 10% refund but curtains were no good to me. They took days to reply. Eventually agreed for me send back i seng them tracking info but they say they havent received its been over 5 weeks. Iv contacted the corrier who also states they should of basicly received it. Please dont buy from this seller
