Q: Am I able to make an address/item change once my order has been placed?
A: Yes, if the order has not yet been processed, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will try to amend your order.

Q: How will I know when my item has shipped?
A: After you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification of the dispatch of your order.

Q: I would like to cancel my order. What do I need to do?
A: Please contact us directly and we will cancel your order. Please note, you will only be able to cancel your order if it


Q: Is shipping free?
A: A majority of our items have free UK shipping. If there is a shipping cost, it will be displayed on the product page.

Q: Will my items be sent tracked?
A: Yes. All purchased above £5 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Your tracking number will be sent in your order dispatch confirmation email.

Q: How can I track my item
A: Simply copy the tracking number and paste this into Royal Mail’s tracking system on their website.

Q: Does VeloChampion ship orders internationally?
A: Yes. We ship internationally. Please view our shipping page to confirm the countries we ship to.


Q: How can I return / exchange my item?
A: We advise you to open a ‘Return Request’. Please follow the details below and reference to Ebay help for more information.

To start a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or follow the steps below:

  1. Find the item in your Purchase historyand select Return this item.
  2. Select your reason for the return.
  3. If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.
  4. Select Send.


Q: If I have returned my product, when will I receive my refund?
A: If you have opened a return case, you will receive a notification of your refund once it has been processed. Please allow 7 – 10 working days for the money to be refunded back to your account.

Q: How much time do we have to ship item back for a refund?
A: If customer wishes to return the item to us for a refund, he/she is more than welcome to do so. Please return the product to us within 60 days.

Q: Are any VeloChampion products non-returnable?
A: Not many, but yes. We don’t accept returns of chamois cream, bib shorts, jerseys unless there is a manufacturing issue with the product due to hygiene reasons.
