Can not praise this family company highly enough. My order came. And was'nt the size I was expecting. Even though it clearly states sizes. Contacted Thorness not only were they willing to accept my item back. Even though it was my mistake they sent out the bigger more expensive item, for the same price. Customer service excellent.
