Not happy at all with the customer service from this company,on some of the item pictures it shows aluminium bars, but when it was delivered it was heavy duty steel trade bars which fo me isn't any good ,they wouldn't exchange the item and told me I had to return item .DHL wanted £147 the item only cost £227 so now I'm stuck with it, I'm ordering from another company now.the staff wasn't at all helpful,very disappointed,will be sharing this on my social media platforms.
