Nothing wrong on the seller’s part in fact they were very good when I had to chase delivery up -Delivery company had conflicting information, they said delivery had been attempted twice but no card had been left , tracking via seller it said it was still at depot. Item as described and packaged well.

Product itself is really good and as described-but, and this is a big but, the courier service they used is worse than useless as I had to scour the roads around the area to see WHERE it had been delivered. I contacted courier service on Saturday regarding non delivery and am still waiting some 4 days later for a reply!!! Delivered Monday by a guy from 2 roads away who said it had been dropped to his mother's house- I despair. Great product but very bad couriers!!!!

Sadly my item arrived damaged, most probably in transit. I raised the issue with the seller who was incredibly helpful, apologising for the inconvenience and issuing a full refund. Whilst I’m disappointed on this occasion that the item was damaged, it wasn’t the sellers fault and I’m really pleased with how the issue was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and buy from them again.
