Item was a gift to a nephew but only received a month after purchase. I had to prompt each time for communication. Told item was lost in transit, then replacement was offered along with a partial refund. Given a timescale which was then extended. Finally 4 weeks from order the item was received. When I asked about the partial refund (offered to me, I didn't suggest it) there was no reply so after 5 days of silence here is my feedback. Nephew liked the item but very disappointed for the wait.
