When purchasing handles /handle .now know it was handle,thought there would be a pair like every other handle you buy but no just a single ,overpriced not the best quality either . You should review your advertisement

Listing title states "Handle" (singular), the description states "a clearline bi-fold door lift and turn operated door handle" (singular) and "What you will receive: 1 X Door handle" (singular). There is also only x1 of each handle colour shown in the display photograph. This is the only customer to ever make this complaint. We can only advise that before purchasing, the buyer should review all information on the listing so that they can make an informed purchasing decision.

This order was dispatched on Friday 23/02/24 and delivered on Monday 26/02/24, but the feedback was left about two months later (Monday 22/04/24). Customer has never contacted us during that time so we have never had the opportunity to address the issue. The replacement kit is for a discontinued product and it includes x3 hinges because some doors have x3 hinges. If you are only replacing x2 then you have x1 spare, which is never a bad thing.
