I had a query about this item as what would fit my window. They replied within about 20 minutes with the answer. After making the purchase I had another query about the fitting, as it was late in the day they again replied immediately asking for my phone number as they will call me in the morning. This they did and discussed the problem, sent me a fitting video and asked that I let them know how I got on. Which I did. I have never had such fantastic service from any site on eBay. Brilliant!
