Postage and Packaging Cost

  • The P&P cost is final. If you agree to bid, you agree on the P&P cost.
  • We do combine postage for multiple items purchase. The minimum discount you will get is 50p reduction per item. Please look at the 'Each Additional Item' section at the auction page.
  • We have reason to charge the stated P&P cost. It's not just about the stamps and envelopes. It's all about the whole process of getting the item delivered to you and other miscellaneous expenses that you can't see with your eyes. Most importantly, it's about the best way to offer you the product at the cheapest price possible.
 

 
Insurance - Buyer and Seller's risk

  • For standard delivery, we will obtain certificate of posting and there is no question about whether we have sent the item to you. We definitely have sent it if we can produce the certificate of posting issued and stamped by UK Royal Mail post office.
  • You accept the risk associated with the posting and transit of the item. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged item unless buyer paid for Recorded delivery (UK only) or International Signed-For (International Buyer)
  • If you pay for Recorded delivery (UK only) or International Signed-For (International Buyer), we will take the responsibility for lost or damaged item. We will then accept the risk.
  • Only Recorded delivery (UK only) or International Signed-For (International Buyer) has the tracking number trackable at www.royalmail.com
 

 
Refund

  • Refund is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival. There is no exact way to measure this 7-day period. It will be judge according to reasonableness.
  • You will have to send back the item to us before we can issue the refund.
  • For every refund, there will be an administration fee of £0.80 plus the actual stamp price on the envelope when we originally sent the item to you.
  • We further reserve the rights to impose additional fees if reasonableness tell us that you do not perform in good faith for the purpose of refund.
 

 
Exchange / Replacement

  • Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival. There is no exact way to measure this 7-day period. It will be judge according to reasonableness.
  • You will have to send back the item to us before we can exchange or replace the item.
  • Depending on each situation, there will be an administration fee ranging from FREE to £0.80 plus the actual stamp price on the envelope when we originally sent the item to you for the purpose of exchange or replacement.
  • We further reserve the rights to impose additional fees if reasonableness tell us that you do not perform in good faith for the purpose of exchange or replacement.
 

 
Warranty

  • 30-days warranty - Original / Genuine product will carry a 30-days fault free warranty. If the item you received suffered from any fault within 30 days, please notify us for a free exchange. Please make sure the fault relates to manufacturing fault and not fault occurred due to daily usage or carelessness. After the 30-days period, we have no further obligation on the item..
  • No Warranty - Non-original / Generic product will carry no warranty. If the item you received suffered from any fault after the 7 days return policy but still within 30-days since receipt, we can exchange it and we will charge a small fees. The fees will go towards replacing entirely the product, repairing, handling and other miscellaneous cost.
  • We further reserve the rights to impose additional fees if reasonableness tell us that you do not perform in good faith for the purpose of warranty claim.
 

 
Sending the Item Back

  • In the event where you are required to send the item back for refund, exchange or replacement, you are responsible to send the item back to the us and if required, we are responsible to send back the new item to you..
  • You will have to send back the item to us in its original condition, original packaging, unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. Failure to do so will result in 're-packaging' or 're-conditioning' or 'repairing' fees that are deducted from the total refund. The fees varies depending on the condition of the item when it arrives to us. The fees will be a reasonable one.
  • This includes, but not conclusive, the following situations
  1. seeking full refund

  2. exchanging faulty / broken product

  3. exchanging wrong product

  4. exchanging unsatisfactory product

  5. warranty claim

  • During the sending back process, buyer has to at least obtain the free certificate of posting from the post office with a valid receipt of postage paid. This is necessary is case there is any dispute as to the posting back of the item.
 

 
Your Delivery Address

  • Please make sure you have provided us with the correct and full address.
  • Please do not send separate email asking us to send the item to a different address than shown at eBay / Paypal. We will not entertain it. If you want us to send to a different address, please change the address at eBay and Paypal manually yourself.
  • Please make sure you are available to accept delivery from the postman.
  • In the event that the item is being returned to us due to your failure to accept delivery or collect the item from your nearest post office, you are responsible to pay for the cost of re-posting.
 

 
Your Other Obligations

  • It is your obligation to pay within reasonable time.
  • If you delay payment, it will cause problem to our system and you may get an undeserved unpaid strike or undeserved negative feedback despite you have paid at a later date.
  • It is your obligation to understand about this auction and about what you are buying.
  • It is your obligation to understand the terms and conditions stated in this page.
  • It is your obligation not to assume the existence of any description, fact or term not stated by us in the auction page or in the terms and conditions page.
