Q. - How long will it take to receive my item?
A. - Items are sent via the delivery service stated on the item description.
For 48 hour courier service, delivery is typically within 1 - 3 business (Mon-Fri) days from date of despatch.
For Royal Mail 2nd class service, delivery is typically within 1 - 5 business (Mon-Sat) days from date of despatch.
All delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed

Q. - I haven't received my item yet? It was sent via 48 hour courier service
A. - Please allow 3 business (Mon-Fri) days from date of despatch.
A courier requires a signature upon delivery.
Please check thoroughly with family/work colleagues/flat house mates who share the delivery address, in the event that somebody else has signed for the item in your absence.
If these checks are unsuccessful, please contact us ASAP.

Q. - I haven't received my item yet? It was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post
A. - Items are usually received within 5 business (Mon-Sat) days from date of despatch, however, due to Royal Mail policies, please contact us if you have not received your item after 10 business (Mon-Fri) days from date of despatch.
PLEASE NOTE - Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times for 2nd Class post, they only provide estimates/guidelines.

Q. - My item was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post, can I track my item?
A. - There is no tracking service available for Royal Mail 2nd class post.
Therefore, unfortunately, once your item has been despatched, we are unable to provide you with any information or updates, on the progress of your delivery.
Your delivery is now 100% controlled by the Royal Mail.

Q. - My item was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, it has been over 5 business (Mon-Sat) days from despatch, is there anything I can do?
A. - Your item may not fit through a letterbox, so PLEASE check if it was delivered to a neighbour, or at your local Royal Mail sorting depot awaiting your collection.
Do not assume the item will not be at either place, as you have not had a call card from Royal Mail.
Royal Mail do not guarantee to leave a call card after a failed delivery attempt.

Q. - You offer free delivery, is delivery free to my address?
A. - All UK postcodes qualify for free delivery on any item despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
Most UK postcodes qualify for free delivery on any item despatched via 48 hour courier.
Excluded areas include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.
If your postcode is within these areas, a surcharge will be added at checkout.

Q. - Do you ship items to areas outside the UK?
A. - We no longer ship items outside the UK, sorry.

Q. - Can I collect items from you in person?
A. - A collection service is not available at present, sorry.

Q. - I have only received part of my order?
A. - If you have ordered more than 1 item, generally, we try to despatch all items together.
However, there are occasions when this is simply not possible, or, it is not cost effective to do so.
If you haven't received all of your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Q. - Do you offer combined postage rates?
A. - As we offer free delivery on all items, we are unable to offer combined postage costs.
If your delivery postcode incurs a delivery surcharge for the 48 hour courier service, we may be able to offer a combined postage rate for multiple items.

Q. - How can I pay for my purchase?
A. -
We accept payments made via Paypal, card payment via telephone, cheque/postal order or a direct bank transfer.
An immediate Paypal payment for your purchase will enable us to offer you the quickest possible service we can provide, to fulfill your order.


Q. - I have chosen the 'credit card' payment option, how do I pay?
A. - Ebay does not offer a facility to pay via this method through the EBay site. A credit/debit card payment needs to be processed via the telephone.
After placing your order, please call between 9.30am -6pm on 08432 895 883 or 07881 956 577 with order/card details.


Q. - I have chosen the 'cheque/postal order' payment option, how do I pay?
A.  -
Please make your cheque/postal order payable to 'UKPS Online LTD' and post to - F.A.O. Lee Ribbans, UKPS Online LTD, Building 7, Wilding Road, Ball Green, Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire. ST6 8BA.
Please include your order details, along with your full name and delivery address, and also your Ebay username.

Q. - I have chosen the 'bank transfer' payment option, how do I pay?
A. - After placing your order, please contact us via Ebay messaging and request our bank details.

Q. - I wish to return my item, it is within 7 days from the date I received it.
A. - You are required by law, to inform us in writing, within 7 days of receiving the item, if you wish to return it.
Contact us via Ebay messaging with your request, along with your reason for return.
We will reply and approve the return (subject to our policy), including return instructions.
PLEASE NOTE - Do not return items without contacting us.

Q. - I wish to return my item, it is more than 7 days from the date I received it.
A. - You are required by law, to inform us in writing, within 7 days of receiving the item, if you wish to return it.
This period has expired.
We cannot accept your return request, sorry.

Q. - How long do I have to return my item to you?
A. - If your return has been approved, we must receive the item back within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
We have the legal right to refuse any return received back after this period.

Q. - Is there any other requirements for my return request to be approved?
A. - Any item you request to be returned, must be in 'as new' condition, and any original packaging/accessories supplied with the item must be present.
We have the legal right to refuse any return request, which do not meet these requirements.

Q. - My item has been damaged during delivery, it is within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A. - Please contact us via Ebay messaging and report any damage to the item, along with clear images showing the damage reported.
This will be assessed and a resolution offered.

Q. - My item has been damaged during delivery, it is over 7 days from the date of delivery.
A. - You should inspect any item upon delivery, or immediately after delivery.
You are required by law, to report any cases of item damage during delivery, within 7 days of receiving the item.
We have the legal right to dismiss any reported damage during delivery, after 7 days from date of delivery.

Q. - My item is classed as food/catering packaging, can I return it?
A. - Due to hygiene issues, and food health and safety standards, if any original packaging or seals have been broken on any food/catering packaging item, or if the item has been used, we cannot accept a return.

Q. - You have not left me feedback yet, why?
A. - Our feedback is set to automatically reciprocate.
In other words, once you leave positive feedback for us, feedback is automatically left for you.
If you have left us positive feedback, and you have not received our feedback within 48 hours, please contact us.
