The fire screen arrived quickly and was well packaged. The outside of the package had been damaged, but inside packaging kept the glass screen undamaged. However one of the two metal feet was missing from the box. We contacted the seller and they found a spare foot from one of their showroom screens and sent it to us. They also gave a partial refund as compensation. The spare foot is not perfect, but it is good enough. A useful screen to protect furniture from the heat of our stove. Thanks.
