PLEASE AVIOD THIS GREEDY CON MAN!! The sofa I ordered was not the one that was sent to me, instead I received a cheap looking sofa and was offered a partial refund to keep it!! I have agoraphobia and no one, so in order to return this replacement sofa - that I never asked for - has cost me £70 in total. Purely because of his greed when he could have simply refunded me and saved me hassle and money that as a single mother on benefits I just don’t have. Now my son and I are £70 out and sofa less.

Tabletop glass arrived smashed. Seller is quick to answer questions for a potential sale. However, they do not respond when you tell them there is a problem with the product. Seller also advised (before sale) the table comes with a 2year guarantee but what is the point if the seller doesn’t respond to messages when you tell them there is a problem with the product?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They are extremely bad a communicating and have taken multiple days to reply to messages. They messed around with deliver due to ‘issues with the delivery people’ but the tracking showed that the issue was on their end during collection during both attempts. Once I asked for my money back, they no longer replied to my messages. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
