Items can be delivered at a cost to the customer.

These deliveries will be done by a third party furniture courier company we use on a regular basis.
Delivery will be within 10 working days of booking in the service.
This is a one man front door delivery service so help will be required for larger items.
Once booked in we will send your personal tracking link.
This will then become a contract between the customer (yourself) and the courier company.
Please inspect all items on delivery with the driver PRESENT and if there are any issues where the item has been damaged in transit please DO NOT sign the consignment note and DO raise the issue with the driver immediately.
Items signed for will forfeit your right to cancel an order.
Any issues with delivery or damage must be resolved between yourselves.
Alternatively we are happy for our customers to arrange their own third party courier to collect directly from us.
All we ask is that you choose a furniture courier to ensure they have the correct equipment and packaging on board to transport your items safely, as we are unable to package items for transport ourselves and cannot take responsibility for any damages caused once leaving our store.
Also please be sure your courier is happy to call us directly to arrange a collection appointment.
