First transformer sent had rusty stuck corroded terminal although the box was new. After a quick phone call to Thompson (who apologised) a new one was sent out. I received this 2 days later, checked it over, and installed it the following day. Customer now happy so a BIG thanks to Thompson for excellent after sales customer service. Would I use these guys again? Yes - it was refreshing to deal with a fellow human directly!!
