Very helpful at first, but when the item arrived it was bigger than imagined so asked for a return, was told by the seller that was my responsibility to arrange getting it back to them, so got in touch with 2 transport firm and they both said that the sender arranges that as it will cost well to much, the seller knowing this still wouldn’t arrange it, so from 14.99 for them to sort the transport to 140 if I got to sort the transport, so best of luck dealing with them

Hi Malcolm, as all Ebay listings, it is the buyers responsibility to return an item, especially when the item is brand new and perfect, and the buyer has just simply changed their mind.It might be an idea to request sizes prior to making a purchase (just a thought) I think the negative feedback is un justified
