Absolutely shocking service, two weeks went by and the order still hadn't arrived. This poor excuse for a firm then fobbed me off with the usual fairytales about the carrier, the firm in question apparently lost my address. After a flurry of emails they had the gal to suggest that l contact the delivery firm myself and sort it out, that was never going to fly. After threatening to get Ebay involved l recieved a refund. Avoid this shoddy firm at all costs.
