By bidding with or buying from us you are accepting the following terms:
All our items are tested under simulated engine operating conditions before dispatch and are security marked to prevent fraud. This means we are happy to offer a refund in the unlikely event of a non-function item. However, should an item appear not to function when fitted it is highly likely that the item was not the cause of your problem. We charge a nominal restocking fee for all items purchased in error, which must be returned undamaged.
We aim to describe our items as accurately as possible though all used items are sold 'as is' under the principal of 'buyer beware'. Inspection is welcome before bidding or buying.
Full postage rates are due on all items prior to redelivery.
We are happy to leave excellent feedback for our customers using our automated feedback system. In the event of a problem, we respectfully request that all buyers contact us prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will do everything reasonable to address your problem.
General Terms & Conditions:
All goods are sold with a one year or lifetime (as stated) 'back to base' warranty (replacement or pro-rata refund) starting from the date of purchase. All services are offered using estimated prices for what we consider to reasonably cover the cost of our work. Our service estimates do not cover broken/worn parts needing to be replaced, parts broken or damaged during disassembly, seals & installation components, installation codes or labour, postage to us or damaged caused by courier/postage to or from us.
We will assist with any reasonable problem or concern where possible. Customers should contact us prior to purchase/rendering our services in order to ascertain the suitability of the product/service for their requirements.
Any goods subject to a warranty claim must be returned or delivered to us at the customer's expense for inspection and any necessary repairs/replacement.
We will repair and return to the customer any defective or faulty goods at our own cost provided that:
1. We were notified of the fault within one year from the date of purchase
2. The fault was not caused by misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification
All goods are open to inspection at our premises in Devizes prior to purchase and all enquiries received regarding suitability and specification will be answered to the best of our ability prior to purchase.
Some 'Highlands & Islands' postal addresses will require a surcharge for delivery. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quotation. If not contact is made we will offer the customer the opportunity to pay the surcharge or cancel the transaction.
Most of our products are sent using a tracked service though some lower value items are sent using proof of postage only. Tracking/tracing numbers are used for us to ensure that you have received the item and are not shared with customers. However, we will share tracking information (at our discretion) with the customer if requested to do so.
Any items deemed to be unsuitable or unwanted by the customer must be returned or delivered to us unused and in their original packaging by the customer at their own cost within 14 days of purchase for a refund at cost - that is, less any costs incurred by us though postage, packaging and the sale of the item.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as defined in law.
