Will I get Clubcard points on my purchase from Tesco Outlet?
Clubcard points are not collectable or redeemable on purchases from Tesco Outlet. Neither are Tesco store vouchers, or Tesco store staff discounts.
What does ‘refurbished’ mean?
The item you are looking at may have been a customer return, excess stock, or end of line stock, and has been professionally repaired (if required), tested and quality checked. All of our refurbished products have been graded into Grade A and Grade C categories
Grade A should be as new or may have very minor cosmetic marks or scratches and may come in non retail packaging. The listing will show the item as refurbished. If no grade is mentioned, assume this is a Grade A item.
Grade C will be visibly marked or have heavy scratches. There will be noticeable signs of previous use. All damage will be cosmetic and will not affect the function of the item. Grade C products will be clearly listed.
PLEASE NOTE: Our refurbished products may not come with instruction books, perishable goods (such as free samples) and such like.
PLEASE NOTE: All our refurbished laptops are supplied with batteries that have been tested to ensure they hold a charge, however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer’s advertised maximum battery life will be achieved. Batteries are a consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product.
Will accessories be included?
The item will come with all the accessories necessary for basic functions unless stated in the listing. The listing will state what is included. Additional, or optional accessories may not be included. Please ensure you read the whole listing before purchasing.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We only deliver within the UK. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
PLEASE NOTE: There are certain addresses within the UK which may require an extra day to deliver. For example, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
What are the terms of the warranty?
All electrical items come with a 12 month warranty provided by Tesco Outlet. This covers parts and labour, is only offered on purchases made for personal use and is not transferable. PLEASE NOTE: the warranty does not cover accidental damage, user misuse or general wear and tear.
Non electrical goods come with a 30 day return period.

My item came in a different box
We are dedicated to being environmentally friendly and will reuse or recycle boxes to post items.
Can you combine postage?
Most of our listings offer free postage and packaging, please check the listing for more information. If you have purchased any items with postage or won any of our auction listings, we will not be able to combine postage for these.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been labelled for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled, or changed in any way. Please ensure the items ordered, and delivery address, is correct before completing your purchase as we are unable to take any action once the item has been sent.
Due to the efficiency of our pick, pack and dispatch process, orders can be ready for dispatch as quickly as 30 minutes from order confirmation. Items are often dispatched before we are able to action any relating emails or messages.
Can I change my address?
As above, once your order has been labelled for dispatch, we are unable to change the delivery address.
I’m a trader, will the warranty apply to me?
The 12 month warranty supplied by us applies to consumer purchases only and is non transferable. Your customers will have no warranty with us. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims where the purchase is, or appears to be, for trade or business use.
We will still honour the 30 day returns period should you change your mind about the purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Can I call you?
eBay and Tesco Outlet’s preferred method of contact is by eBay messaging as all communication is recorded. This protects both the Buyer and Seller should eBay be required to intervene. In the first instance, please message us by using the ‘message seller’ facility in My eBay. We aim to respond within one working day.
Should you feel you need to contact us by phone, please call our Customer Services Team on 01792 452660, but please be aware that we may need to confirm our conversation via ebay message.
Can I buy over the phone?
We are unable to take payments over the phone and require all purchases to be made through eBay.
How do I make a complaint?
We hope you will never have the need to make a complaint, but if you feel your service has not been as you expected, we welcome complaints made in writing only.
This can be done by messaging us through eBay.
