Sent out a completely different daughter card than what I ordered without my consent !!! Turns out the card was discontinued, to tell me once it had been posted not giving me any options.. Which turned out to be a sister card . Packaging was terrible no protection just the clear seal of the card . No concern or empathy or care as I explained about this, there concern was just getting there card back . left me no time to get my daughter another card as I’m disabled I don’t get out !!! Awful
