Pine straight staircase ..Very pleased with them , was a bit concerned that it took 2 weeks with no response but after phoning them and talking it was great service and easy to deal with . Kept informed as promised and delivery driver notified me 2 hours ahead of planned delivery . Stairs are very nicely made ( flat pack) and well packaged , good quality product and I am very pleased with them . Thank you 👍🏼

This is a very good product, well made and of good quality. It arrived a week early and is exactly as described. Communication with the sellers was great and with the transport partner excellent.
My only complaint is about the use of parcel tape on the wrappings. On both risers and treads, tape adhered directly on to the wood and the strings were actually taped together. It took considerable time and effort to get the adhesive off and could have been avoided with more care or different product.
