Bad Seller Do Not Trust!! Purchased picture for a present, after a week No dispatch instructions I contacted seller with No reply, Then i called the seller to be told he will get the picture sent out, but no picture arrived!! Birthday been and gone, Still no picture, Thank God Ebay have refunded!! And still no contact from seller or an apology.

Hi There, I would like to apologise that you've not been happy with the service and I really mean this. I know I've not been great at replying fast unfortunately I've really haven't been well and I've been in and out of hospital for the past few weeks and I've really been struggling to keep on top of everything.
