 Q: Can I change the colour or the length of the cord?
  A: Yes, as long as we have the cords in the colours,which you prefer, we're happy to change it for you. Pleace contact us to double check whether the colour is available. The standard length is 45cm +5cm extension chain. If you would like to shorten or extend the length, please contact us as soon as you've made your order.
 Q: Do you offer any combined postage discounts?
  A: Yes. If you order more than two items in our store, the delivery for the second item is free of charge . The combined delivery dicount will be offered automatically on the checkout page. We also offer free delivery for orders over 20 pounds.
 Q: How can I pay for my order if I don't have a PayPal account?
  A: It of course would make things earier if you have a PayPal account. Nevertheless, if you haven't got one, we're also happy to accept other payment methods including personal cheques, bank transfer, and postal orders. If you plan to pay by cheque, please make sure that the cheque is payable to "Sweet Candy Jeweller"
 Q: Are your items genuine Swarovski? Do they come with the certificate or carry the swan hallmark?
  A: Most of the crystal stones used on our products are genuine swarovski crystals, called "Swarovski Elements".They are provided by Swarovski company to independant fashion houses for creating their own products. Therefore, our products themselves are NOT made by Swarovski company,so they do not carry the swan hallmark or come with the certificate.
 Q: Where are those "Miffy Rabit" "Japanese Cat Maneki Neko""Fairy Erika and Elvis" pendants gone?
  A: We've put them all under the category called "Sweet Candy Family & Friends". Look for this category on the left side on the store frontpage, and you will find them there. We have new collections joining every one or two month.
 Q: I'm buying this item for a friend. Can I ask you to send the item to the friend's address?
  A: Yes, we can send your order straight to your friend's address instead of yours. To make things easy, you just need to change the delivery address and recipient's name on your PayPal account. We don't enclose any types of invoice or receipts in the package,no worries.
 Q: How can I arrange a bank transfer if I don't have a PayPal account
  A: Just drop us a quick message for our bank details.
