My item arrived promptly and was securely packaged. When unpacked you could see the loft hatch including folding metal ladder was well made and the size was exactly as described by the seller.
As I've never installed one of these before, I found the installation instructions a little fiddly to understand as there were no words to go with the installation drawings, but with a bit of patients it all went together as designed. I'm very pleased with quality and service of this purchase.

unfortunately I had to return this as my 1st trades person did not measure properly so when another one came ,to give me a second quote to fit he re measured and found the ladder to big . These ladders looked quite sturdy as they are quite heavy and the addition that they come with a hand rail is a benefit ,so I would recommend the seller also very helpful in the return of them .
