As you may appreciate your feedback is very important to us and we are incredibly proud of the high level of positive feedback that we receive from our many satisfied customers.
We work incredibly hard to provide both great products and the best possible service to our customers so your feedback is very, very important to us. Mistakes do happen very occasionally - we are only human after all! If we have made a mistake or you are not happy with our products or service then please message us and give us the opportunity to understand your issue.
Please rest assured we will do everything reasonably possible to make sure that you are happy to deal with us. It is a sad fact of eBay life that whilst we would like to be able to please all buyers , there will be the odd occasion where the buyers stance is beyond reason. We feel that it only fair to point out that threats of negative feedback etc will not help resolve anything Please understand that once negative or neutral feedback has been left it is our policy to discontinue any further dialogue with our customer. Negative and Neutral will always be the buyers prerogative but we recommend in the spirit of eBay that it only ever be used as a last resort.
Of course you may wish to provide personal feedback in confidence or require a personal reply that is not viewable by others. In these circumstances please feel free to message us and we will get back to you very quickly.
Sugar Bay is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you would like to return any unworn/unused products, Returns must be notified to us within 14 calendar days of delivery . Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. . If you wish to exchange an item (UK Purchasers) the exchange item will be posted to you free of charge ( with the exception of large luggage items)
Upon inspection of returned product, Sugar Bay will issue a full refund to PayPal for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

If you have received an item that is faulty please contact us via eBay messages it is always helpful to attach a picture. We video all pre shipment inspections carried out by us to ensure that our packers are meticulous in this regard our aim is to eliminate any problems before shipping if we do miss something having a picture from the customer enables us to respond to the problem more efficiently.
Your refund will be issued once the items are received back to us.
