1. Do you offer postal discounts?

If you purchase from more than 1 listing you should be entitles to some level of P&P discount. 


To claim your discount you must request an invoice before you pay for your order.  We will then check the P&P, apply any relevant discount and email you an updated invoice for you to then pay.


If you would like a P&P quote before purchasing please email us the item numbers, quantities required and postal address and we will supply a quote. 


Pay No More Than ?10.00for Mainland UK:

If you are within Mainland UK we offer a maximum P&P charge of ?10.00.  If your order is over ?50 P&P will be reduced to ?7.50.  If your order is over ?100, P&P will be reduced to ?5.00 orders over ?150.00 will be Free of Charge.  This offer is for a next working day courier service.  If your P&P charge exceeds the relevant price quoted above then please contact us before paying so that we can reduce the charge for you.

PLEASE NOTE that discounts cannot be applied to an order once you have paid, so make sure that you contact us prior to paying.  If you pay for your order before a discount is applied then you have forfeited any discount. 

2. How long does delivery take?

All UK orders are sent either 1st class, which should take 1-2 working days or - UK Mainland orders over ?50 will be posted with a Next working day delivery service.

Non-UK post is sent by the Royal Mail?s Airmail service. Although the following timescales can not be guaranteed they seem to be the average time delivery takes.

USA 10-20 Days
Europe 3-7 Days
Australia 10-28 Days

A recorded delivery service to the USA, which takes 2-3 working days, is available upon request for an additional charge.


3. What payments do you accept?

For Non-UK customers we only accept payment by Paypal.

For customers within the UK we accept;

4. Are your flowers real or artificial?

Our flowers, greenery etc is artificial. Some items may contain natural products like cones or twigs. If this is the case they will be mentioned within the listing.


5. Why have I not received feedback from you?

We use eBays automated system for leaving feedback. As soon as you leave feedback on a product you should receive feedback for that product. If you have purchased more than 1 item it would be greatly appreciated if you could leave feedback for all the items that you have purchased.
