Had an enquiry about the item as I couldn’t find which one I bought. The reply was very rude and unprofessional false information. I highly recommend no one buys from this company as the response was terrible. Got told not replying to emails from me. Never mind do I want to exchange the item or do I want to return the item? It was just you got what you got will not reply to no more emails. I know it’s not the most expensive mattress in the world £230 but still the response was disgusting

Absolutely false statement. You have asked us what size you have ordered. Saff member told a King size at first reply but acknowledged his mistake and replied immediately and told you what you have ordered. But you have started blaming poor staff member of incompetence and non professional behaviour. I wish I could publish your emails here. You have ordered a wrong size item, and instead of checking size on your order, you are blaming it back on us. Shame on you for your intimidating behaviour

Unfortunately the DPD delivery service was NOT great I’m afraid ! Should have been NEXT DAY DELIVERY but was a day late which meant that our guests used our bed while we slept on the floor 😡
