Lovely and springy, packed tightly into shipping bag, was like a large waterproof squishy when it arrived. Unfortunately it was delivered during high winds and postman left it on doorstep... a resident at the other end of the estate was kind enough to walk it all the way back! So seller amazing, postman needs some common sense. Would recommend seller :)

7 days went by so I contacted seller to be told ‘it was lost in transit’ Do you not think that was your job to inform me? Had a problem previous regarding cushions that I told them about! Probably due to that I feel! Refund given but not the principle. I definitely won’t use this seller again.
