Product would be good if it arrived undamaged. If the initial two, one was broken in two. I asked for a replacement (slight resistance), but that arrived broken in two as well. I was told I could not have a refund as they had already suffered a loss!! What about me. I ordered and paid for two boards in good faith and end up with one usable and two not. Where’s the customer orientation in that? I shall continue fighting. Packing is inadequate. Avoid this seller.

Not sure what you are on about we told you to return for a full refund and you have started the return once we get it back we will refund you.
