Unfotunately, this order went undelivered. It was no fault on the seller's behalf. I did receive a refund, even though I did want a replacement. This order still remains undelivered, with Royal Mail customer service demonstrating a lackadaisical aproach to my enquiries, and concern.

Buyer reported item as not arrived after only 4 working days? the item was posted by our free 2nd class option, i doubt it would have arrived in this time, i refunded the buyer and blocked from all of our Ebay accounts.

This item remains undelivered by Royal Mail. I now have to assume it has become lost in transit. You having your feelings disjointed, due to your returning payment back to me, it shows your disregard for customer satisfaction, and your lack of professionalism. Do block me all you want. Ha! I'll not lose sleep, nor be concernern over such a pathetic and petty response from yourself. eBay customer service were the one that suggested and initiated a refund, after I contacted them for advice. Duh!.
