DELIVERY POLICY

Once we are in receipt of your order you will be issued an email from eBay
confirming your purchase. The vast majority of our goods are despatched within 1-2
working days from receipt or your order.

Once we are in receipt of your order you will be issued an email from eBay
confirming your purchase. The vast majority of our goods are despatched within 1-2
working days from receipt or your order. All of the products you see on our website are held in stock on our premises and are despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt or your order. Any items classified as 'new' may need to be ordered from a 3rd party supplier which may cause a delay on certain items being dispatched. should this be the case you will be notified on your estimated delivery/despatch date via e-mail.

Next Day Courier Service

Most goods are despatched using our next day delivery service this is based on orders received before 12.00pm. This service is only available on working days this is NOT a guaranteed 'next day delivery' service. All other items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery. We DO offer you the option to have you're goods delivered to an alternative address to the billing address of the card you used to pay for your order to aid you in this matter.

The Next Day courier service costs DO NOT cover locations or postcodes that are in the following brackets. Highlands & Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Isles. FK17-99, G83, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postcodes. HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, IM, CHANNEL ISLANDS, or any BT postcode.

Carriage Costs

All goods sent are charged at a rate of between £3 (our minimum postal charge) and £150+ depending on the size and weight of the item(s).
Small goods products are despatched via Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery Service' and charged at a rate of between £3 (our minimum postal charge) and £100+ depending on the size and weight of the item(s).
If you are ordering online, the carriage costs are displayed to you before you place your order. If you are ordering by telephone, please confirm the carriage costs with the member of staff taking your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Returning your goods

1. Goods which prove to be faulty may be returned to us for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions:
Goods are returned to us carriage paid. We are only liable to pay the first £10 for any carriage paid on faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.  Parts which are ordered incorrectly at no fault of Shropshire BMW Parts are not eligible for return postage costs.

2. Please ensure that all goods are sent back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or appropriate trackable courier service. 

3. All Goods must be received in a re-salable condition whether they be defective or not.

4. All Goods should be returned to us in their original sale condition in order to secure a refund.

5. All Goods are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

6. All Goods returned (if found to be in working order or if the item was ordered incorrectly) will be subject to a re-stocking fee to the value of 20% of the sale price. If a postage fee was paid this will be with held to cover shipping charges incurred in sending the item to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. We cannot accept any items which have been classed as a special order item which has brought in to your specification for return.

8. All returns must be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for return along with contact details and address details.

9. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

10. Shropshire BMW Parts are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Shropshire BMW Parts also reserve the right for the return of an item to be requested if the cost of a warranty repair by a third party is deemed 'excessive' (i.e exceeds 20% of the value of the original sale price). All costs through faults or damage from fitment of parts supplied will be at a maximum of the original purchase value.

11. Please advise a company employee of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 1 day of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim. All correspondence should be sent to
sales@shropshirebmwparts.co.uk.

12. All items sold by us have markings / security seals on them to protect against tampering and fraudulant returns. If any of these markings show signs of being tampered with or are missing then the return will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES ABOUT ANY POINT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING. ANY ORDERS PLACED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE TAKEN AS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.
