Returns Policy

Returning your goods

1. Goods which prove to be faulty may be returned to us for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt (inline with eBays returns policy). This is subject to the following conditions:

Goods / Parts which are ordered incorrectly at no fault of Shropshire BMW Parts are not eligible for return postage costs.

2. Please ensure that all goods are sent back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or appropriate trackable courier service.

3. All Goods must be received in a re-salable condition whether they be defective or not.

4. All Goods should be returned to us in their original sale condition in order to secure a refund.

5. All Goods are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

6. We cannot accept any items which have been classed as a special order item which has brought in to your specification for return.

7. All returns must be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for return along with contact details and address details.

8. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

9. Shropshire BMW Parts are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Shropshire BMW Parts also reserve the right for the return of an item to be requested if the cost of a warranty repair by a third party is deemed 'excessive' (i.e exceeds 20% of the value of the original sale price). All costs through faults or damage from fitment of parts supplied will be at a maximum of the original purchase value.

10. Please advise a company employee of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 1 day of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

11. All items sold by us have markings / security seals on them to protect against tampering and fraudulent returns. If any of these markings show signs of being tampered with or are missing then the return will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES ABOUT ANY POINT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING. ANY ORDERS PLACED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE TAKEN AS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.
