Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction closing. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.
We will endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland within 1-3 working days for first class and 3-5 days for second class post(excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Online Beauty Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.
It is the customer's responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping information. Online Beauty Limited shall be under no liability for any postage costs if the wrong delivery information has been supplied. The postage is not refundable for any item that has been returned to us due to customers not being at home and a shipping charge will be required if the customer requires the product to be resent.
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may rarely occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices include VAT at 17.5% but exclude delivery charges unless this is stated as FREE in the auction description.
No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason electronic means of payment are preferred. Please note if paying by 'echeque' via paypal these take between 7-10 days to clear and your item will not be despatched until the funds have cleared.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that stocks of products are available there may be occasions where broken or damaged stock prevents us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund.
