We do have a 14 days returns policy so if you decide you wish to return the product you may do so providing it is still sealed and in perfect retail condition. Please notify us immediately if you want to return a product to us and we will provide you with the returns address and will refund/exchange your item on receipt. We cannot refund postage unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Please inform us within 48 hours if product is faulty or damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement, if available and the postage costs will be refunded for you to return the item; If product is not faulty, there will be a 10% re-stocking charge as this is necessary to cover the final fees we will have paid for the item which is no longer required.
If an item is damaged in transit we require the buyer to return the item to us in the exact state it was received including all outer packaging. This will then be forwarded to the Royal Mail for them to conduct an investigation. Any refunds cannot be issued until the Royal Mail have completed their investigation and the claim is closed. We cannot guarantee the length of the investigation but we will forward all correspondance to the buyer to keep them updated with the status of their claim.
