Q. Will you ship my item to a different address?
A. Due to our automated order process we are unable to change the delivery address once the checkout is completed.Q. How long does delivery normally take?
A. We aim to dispatch your item(s) out to you within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds (Mon-Fri). Delivery is usually 1-3 working days for 1st Class Post and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class.Q. How can I combine auctions won to save on postage?
A. If you purchase one or more of our auctions, we can offer you with a multiple shipping discount. Once you have won all the required items, simply go through checkout where all items will be automatically combined for you and shipping calculated.Q. Will you dispatch outside of the United Kingdom?
A. We cannot send Fragrances or Aerosols outside of the UK due to their flammable nature but we can ship all other items worldwide!Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We strongly recommend using paypal, this helps to protect both the buyer and ourselves. You can make payments either using a registered paypal account or you may pay via credit/debit card via paypal without a paypal account.Q. Will you accept a cheque/postal order?Please note we will only be accepting Paypal in November & December due to the large volume of orders.
A. We do accept cheques but we cannot post your item until funds have cleared through our bank which takes between 7-10 working days. We will also accept a postal order which we can post your item out immediately on receipt of the payment. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE POST! It cannot be traced if items go missing in the post and cannot be recovered.

We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please make sure that your email account is in good standing, turn off any junk mail filters and make sure that your mail box is not nearing full capacity. We never "ignore" emails, all emails are answered, however if your mail box is not in good standing we will be unable to contact you and rectify any problems/queries you may have.
