Really unhappy with this company. I had a change of heart after sitting with this cooker for a night. Obviously I’d taken off the packaging so I could see it but they will not accept returns that have been opened as they don’t have spare boxes and they want to re sell direct from the return. Never come across this before with any company really dissatisfied. Also, takes them 48hrs to respond to emails, so your left in limbo not knowing what is happening.

I have placed this order by mistake. I contacted ebay and seller before item was dispatched to cancel it. They ignored me and send me a tracking number instead. Now I need to pay another £ 7.98 to return a product that has not arrived yet. I already paid £ 24 to get the goods delivered. Very bad customer service. Very disappointed will not by for them in the future.

Nice wine fridge, good value for money. No problems at the moment, early days yet. One negative comment the box was severely damaged, the delivery driver was great he unpacked it to check that it wasn't damaged. A big thank you to him ,he didn't have to do that, he deserves a pay rise, a credit to the company. Many thanks.
