these guys were great, i'd innadvertantly had a flag sent to the wrong address, i informed them that the postie had "returned to sender" they said no problem and sent out another one, i offerred to pay extra postage but they said don't worry, as a result i bought 5 more flags because it was good customer service, the flags were to use as curtains sort of in my shop, really pleased.
