Delivery

All our products display a handling time. This is the time it takes to dispatch your order from our warehouse. And this time is in addition to the transit time of your parcel. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days to anywhere in the UK & Northern Ireland.

And to the rest of the world within a 2-4 week depending on the delivery location.

 

UK FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

This means that your goods will be processed and shipped using by our standard shipping service. The majority of our orders using this service are sent Royal Mail. Please note that certain very large or heavy items may incur a small additional charge for very remote parts of the British Isle.  

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you have opted for NEXT DAY Delivery, this means that your order would be processed as a priority and shipped using a next working service. Please note that this service is in addition to the handling time displayed on the product page. 

 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We offer international delivery via AirMail or Express courier which are both trackable. Selecting the optional Express courier would offer a higher level of online tracking information. The price of these services is dependent on the value, weight and delivery country or region.

 

Note:

- All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

- Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Postge & Payment section which will be shown while placing final order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Sustuu shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 

- Custom duties/charges are applicable depending upont the delivery location, for which customer have to comply all the terms with local authorities.

 

 

 

 

Returns

We want you to be ecstatic with your Purchase! Please buy with total confidence.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us through eBay messages and we will issue you with a Returns number. You can then return the item in saleable condition for a Full refund (excluding postal costs).

All that we ask is that the item is not used and all packaging is kept in its Pristine condition.

So please return it in its original condition with proof of order number and we'll exchange or refund it.

* Please Note that this excludes software, mapping and Hygiene products as these can only be exchanged if faulty.

 

By original condition we mean:

- You have kept all original packaging and labels in new condition and the product can be resold at full price 

- You have not used the product 

- The product contains no personal data and has not been registered

 

Unless faulty, return should be within 30 days of purchase.

- Ordinarily if you have your order number. we'll refund to your PayPal account. This includes items you've purchased in Clearance or Price Match events

- Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. 

- If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

- Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

The following products would not be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

- Products which you received over 30 days ago - Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)

- Products without original packaging or where they have been returned in poor condition - Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered

- Perishable goods such as fresh flowers and food

- Computer software vouchers that have been redeemed or activated, or computer software, CDs or vinyl records that have been opened

- Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements

- Products which have been opened or their protective seals removed and cannot be

 

Unable to return for hygiene reasons (unless faulty):

- Baby Products

- Pierced earrings

- Underwear or swimwear

- Bedding

- Mattresses

- Beauty products

- Toilet seats and brushes

- Any personal care products (such as electric razors, breast pumps)
