So ordered 4 of the largest boxes they do to store goods . 1 arrived damaged sent the photo straight away as it was just dropped off seller give me the option of % of refund and keep the item as it wasn't fit for purpose and the seller was keen on keeping the co2 emissions down for the environment I gladly recycled the damaged box and had a full refund. No need for negative feedback as the seller should always have a chance to rectify any problems will definitely buy from here again 😀
