Absolutely awful packaging of a luxury skillet pan resulted in the obvious - it arrived with 3 separate areas of damage!The thin cardboard was inadequate to say the least as was the attempt to hold it together with sellotape! The few random air bags used were nowhere near enough to stop this item rattling around. I refused the delivery, and in fairness to the vendor I have received a timely full refund, thank you!
