This seller is always very good and takes attention to detail, however another seller on e bay (ULTRA TECH SOLUTIONS) who sold me a product in December 2023 which they misrepresented in their bay ad and showed a picture of a picture of what i thought i was buying but what they sent me was nothing like it. Now despite lots of attempts to get a refund they do not reply to my e mails and e bay don't seem to be contactable to get them to do anything about it
