I ordered FOUR jackets (2 x size L, 1 x size XL, 1 x size M). The single parcel arrived today with ONLY TWO jackets (size L x 2). The XL jacket and the M jacket were NOT in the single parcel that arrived. The seller needs to make refund for this XL jacket not sent, and also a refund for the M jacket not sent. I attach photos of the Royal Mail delivery which shows single bag with TWO jackets, NOT the 4 jackets I paid for! The seller needs to refund me promptly for the 2 jackets NOT SENT!

Ordered and paid for a dress. Within a couple of hours e mail came saying it was out of stock whilst it was still being advertised in my size and still is. They stated a refund would be sent. Eight days later, no refund. They say they have sent this and should receive it in 3-5 days . Feel cheated by this company!!!
