The cool box arrived in good time. It looked second hand. Scratches all over and badly finished, possibly a second. Phoned buyer as advised and was told they were all like that!! It was a £53 cool box!!! The blocks had leaked inside and was told that always happens and to pull the bung out and put water in to top it up! Was offered £5 refund. Said I would like a full refund and he agreed on the phone, eBay had to step in as they didn’t bother to respond.
