We trust that you will enjoy your product and return to purchase more items. Where there has been no face to face contact between buyer and seller, customer service is crucially important in order to deal with concerns that may arise. We offer you a period of seven days from receipt of your items in which to make the decision of keeping the goods or returning them to us. All we ask is that the goods are returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging intact. We regret that we will not be able to accept any returns on media goods such as DVD's or CD's or any items which are downloaded or supplied as documentation emailed to you. This policy does not apply to business customers. Refunds under this policy will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us (from the time that we receive it). Postage costs paid and incurred will not be reimbursed if the item is returned as these are services employed by you and us from external organizations of which we have no control. Any items returned should be adequately insured and where possible tracked to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience for items lost or damaged in transit. We can not accept any liability for Items that are lost or damaged during their return and you will be directed to claim under any insurance that you had in place for the item. We will notify you by email if the item is received either damaged or used. Please contact us first if you wish to return your item and you have 14 days in which to do this which provides sufficient time for you to decide whether you would like to keep the item, contact us and then subsequently return it.You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. We require that all items are checked upon delivery for any damage. Whilst the item may appear undamaged from the packaging it is still possible damage could have been caused. You will be required to check the item prior to signing any declaration for receipt of the item and we request that where the item is found to be damaged, you endorse the delivery note as ITEM DAMAGED. If you fail to do this we regret that we will not be able to replace your item. Notification of the item being received damaged must be made immediately in writing (email is accepted) to us in addition to endorsing the delivery note. International buyers should note that customs charges may be levied on your purchase. Any charges incurred as a direct result of this are not the control of the seller and are determined by your countries customs officers. It is you responsibility prior to purchasing any item to establish if you are likely to incur such charges. We regret that we will not accept any returns as a result of these charges.You should also establish if you are likely to incur any sales tax as a result of your purchase. Again no returns will be accepted as a result of these charges.
