Payment
Paypal payments are instant and orders are despatched same day if payment is received before 4.00pm. We do not despatch items until funds are cleared so please be aware of this if sending an e-cheque through Paypal (normally around four days). Normal Paypal payments are processed immediately.

Any item not paid for within 7 days will be relisted and your order possibly cancelled if we do not hear from you, if you are having any difficulties then simply contacting us can avoid this

Delivery Info
All orders are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Most items are sent first class post and should be received by you within 24 hours for most parts of the UK. All items with postage costs included in the price are usually sent by first class mail but we will occasionally send some items second class although it is not common. We do not send items outside of the UK, if you do not have a UK postcode then we withhold the right to withdraw the bid. Item's with delivery charges of £5 or higher are usually sent by courier. We mostly use City Link, Amtrak or Parcelforce. This service usually covers UK mainland only for the price stated. Certain parts of Scotland and Wales, Ireland and all off shore addresses may not be covered. Please do not bid if you are unsure or check with us first by emailing us at sales@rapidcables.co.uk if you have any questions or want to check a delivery price. Please read our small print below for more information about deliveries. Certain electrical and electronic items will not be sent outside of UK mainland due to problems with warranty. Where this is the case, this will be detailed within the listing / delivery information.

If you are not available to take delivery we will not be responsible for any further charges made for failed delivery. Delivery times are beyond our control and we cannot give any information on expected delivery times or days. If an item is sent via courier, tracking details will be available from us upon request.

Stock Availability
All our listed products are in stock at all times to the best of our intentions. Although we never list items that aren't in stock at the time of listing there will be rare occasions that an item is temporarily unavailable due to damages or items being found faulty. In these situations we would contact you by email straight away to inform you. All our stock levels are maintained by computer database and all products are automatically reordered at preset stock levels so if an item is temporarily out of stock, it is likely to be due within a few days. We pride ourselves in fast delivery times and do our upmost to make sure this never happens but we don't pretend we are perfect. Check our feedback you will see that fast delivery is our aim.

Warranty and Returns
All items are brand new and covered by a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse. If an item is not working properly or DOA then this must be reported within 3 days of receipt to prevent delays. We do not cover any postage cost for items returned however we will refund postage to a reasonable amount if an item becomes defective within 14 days of receipt (you will need to contact us before returning otherwise no refund will be given). Please do not return any item without first contacting us as most problems can be sorted out over the telephone or email.

Unwanted items
We will not give refunds for unwanted items. Please be sure you know what you are bidding for before purchasing. If you are unsure about an item then contact us first, most questions can be answered very easily. We very rarely sell any item that we do not have an understanding of and we have years of experience in our field.
