Great supplyer and very helpfull when things go wrong. Through no fault of there own The ROYAL MAIL HAVE LOST MY PARCEL AT THE HATTON SORTING OFFICE DERBYSHIRE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLE OR ADMIT THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND HAVE LOST MY PARCEL. ON THE TRACKING IT SAYS DELIVERD BUT NOT TO MY HOME IT WAS SENT BACK TO THE SORTING OFFICE AND THEN IT WAS MARKED DELIVERD. The road was shut to my home the day they tried to deliver my parcel.’and that’s why it was returned back to the office.
